3x Full Days/8 hours

Physically: Very demanding

Climb + Descend: 3500m

Day 1      5-7 hours of hiking with backpack

Climb Cerro Provincia 

5-7 hours of hiking with backpack

Camp at close to the peak of Cerro Provincia next to a an emergency storm shelter

Day 2       5-6 hours walking

Walk the ridge between Cerro Provincia and Cerro San Ramon

From here you will experience the stunning views of the city of Santiago on one side (from there it looks like a toy city) and the Andes on the other side.

We camp close to the summit of Cerro San Ramon close to a second storm shelter.

Day 3       8 hours of walking

We will descend into the Valley of El Manzano which leads to Cajon Del Maipo.

This is a very long stretch of the journey and although it's a descent it is very tiring, but equally beautiful, we will cross a small river at 8 different points during the day.
